Seems a little like a few of my closest friends are preoccupied with how old they are. Every conversation seemingly goes a little something like this:

"You know I only drank, like seven beers this long weekend..."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah, I'm getting old."

And so forth.

Sometimes I am victimized by such thoughts. Oh, I think I might be going bald. But no, actually, my hair is just getting longer, and I notice it falling out.

I don't drink as much. I really get irritated by the club culture... I don't use words like "motha" anymore. Well, those are lifestyle choices...

Age means nothing. It's where your head's at, cause even if your weathered on the outside, there may just be the soft drink of youth flowing on the inside, with a mickey of rum...

So, now that I feel I am transcending age, I just have to keep my head in a static place. When it moves around so much, it just wreaks agony on my neck and shoulders...
