why won't it snow?

The weather has been inexplicably spring- like for January. This afternoon there were tiny insects buzzing around the bushes in front of my window. I hate insects and all, but I just had to smile and watch.

It filled me with life, sort of. I was driving, and had just put myself further in debt, but I had the window down, and the sunroof open, and yeah! It smells like spring outside!

I have always loved spring, because it is the rebirth, and it promotes a second chance, or a fresh start. The absolute point of the year when the world is at its purest.

I know it can't last, but it is nice... The kind of reminder I think I might have needed. Too bad I had no time tonight to capitalize on reborn emotion or inspiration... Let's hope this can last one more day.
